| Q.
Why does QuickBuy v2.0 crash when I open it? |
A.
After installing the latest Windows update, QuickBuy might fail
to load. If it will not load for you, you will have to delete your
user preferences file. The file will be in a different location
on all computers. It is based on your logon name. The file name
will be the same, it is called user.config. On my PC is was
located here:
"C:\Documents and Settings\mluker\Local Settings\Application
Data\woot\QuickBuy.exe_Url_ub34az2a0s451gwulnbahoesuxjqkw0q\1.0.0.0\user.config"
Please delete the following file and restart QuickBuy:
"C:\Documents and Settings\<your logon name goes here>\Local
Settings\Application Data\woot\<some folder with quick buy in
its name>\1.0.0.0\user.config".
You can thank Microsoft for corrupting your user.config. |

Q.
How do I submit Site Design Files? |
|
A.
Email me the design file you created. It will be located in the
"Sites" folder in the QuickBuy installation directory. By default
this directory is "c:\program files\www.mluker.com\quickbuy\sites".
You do not have to email me the ".prefs" file, just send the
".design" file. |
